Campions Group has acquired Aston Chase, strengthening its presence across Prime Central and North West London as consolidation continues in the capital’s high-end market.
The deal adds a well-established prime residential brand to Campions’ growing portfolio, expanding its reach across key London neighbourhoods and deepening its exposure to the super-prime sales and lettings sector.
Founded in 1985, Aston Chase has built a strong foothold in areas including Marylebone, Regent’s Park and Hampstead, with a long-standing focus on high-value transactions and discreet client service.
The business will continue to operate independently under its existing brand, with leadership and staff retained, while benefiting from the wider infrastructure and scale of the group.

Co-Founder Director, Mark Pollack (main picture) and Michael Sulkin, Director of House Sales will both continue to focus on client service and transactions, supported by the wider infrastructure of the group.
