Campions Group has moved the residential agency branches it acquired from Madison Brook into its Chestertons and Chase Buchanan networks as it continues to expand across London.
The former Madison Brook operations in Lewisham and Royal Docks began trading under the Chestertons brand on 29 September, with the offices set to receive new branding over the coming weeks.
Its Hampton Hill operation joined Chase Buchanan on 6 October.
The changes follow Campions’ acquisition of Madison Brook’s residential agency business in April.
LONDON NETWORK
Madison Brook’s Chiswick operation was integrated with Chestertons’ existing Chiswick team in May, while the Twickenham team joined Chase Buchanan’s established operation in the area during the same month.
The changes mean the acquired Chiswick, Lewisham and Royal Docks businesses now sit within Chestertons’ network of more than 35 London offices.
Hampton Hill and Twickenham have joined Chase Buchanan, strengthening its presence across South West London.

ACQUISITION DRIVE
The integration forms part of a wider expansion by Campions, which was established in 2023.
The group has also acquired prime North West and Central London specialist Aston Chase and South West London agency Battersea & Nine Elms Estates during 2026.
Unlike the Madison Brook residential operations, both businesses have retained their existing brands.
Campions’ portfolio also includes Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, Retirement Homesearch and Campions Lettings & Management.
The Madison Brook brand remains independent of Campions and continues to operate as a public-sector delivery partner working with local authorities and other public-sector organisations.
