Property consultancy Bidwells has appointed former CBRE executive Scott Cabot as Head of Residential Research as it looks to expand its insight into the UK housing market.
Cabot joins after 12 years with CBRE, where he most recently served as Head of Residential Research. He has also held roles with London developer Aitch Group and in wealth management at Standard Chartered Bank and W1M.
Working alongside Research Director Sue Foxley, Cabot will help shape Bidwells’ residential research strategy, producing market analysis and thought leadership across the UK housing sector.
The appointment reflects Bidwells’ growing focus on understanding how the UK’s science and technology economy is influencing residential demand, with the firm looking to connect growth in innovation clusters with trends across land, planning, investment and the living sectors.
