Berkeley opens at 4,600-home Milton Keynes development

Berkeley is opening two new showhomes at its Eastbrook Village development in Milton Keynes as work continues on one of the area’s largest new residential communities.

Prospective buyers will be able to view The Birch, a three-bedroom home, and The Cedar, a four-bedroom detached property, when the showhomes officially open on 18 July.
Designed by interior design studio Dapa Atelier, the homes draw inspiration from Milton Keynes’ blend of contemporary architecture and surrounding green spaces, showcasing the range of properties available at the development.

Eastbrook Village forms part of a wider 950-acre masterplan that will deliver more than 4,600 homes, alongside schools, healthcare facilities, retail space and extensive green infrastructure.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

The development will offer a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, together with two, three, four and five-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £260,000.

Located to the east of Milton Keynes, the scheme combines access to parkland and open space with strong transport links. Milton Keynes Central station, around five miles away, provides direct rail services to London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow.

Future phases of the development will also include three primary schools, a secondary school, a health centre and a convenience store, creating a new neighbourhood designed to support long-term community growth.
