Alto has launched Alto Intelligence, an AI-driven product suite aimed at transforming how estate and letting agents manage prospecting, compliance and day-to-day operations.
Unveiled at a London event streamed to more than 1,000 agents the release marks a major step in the firm’s push to position itself as an AI-native CRM platform for the UK agency market.
The suite brings together five core capabilities embedded within the Alto platform, targeting key operational areas including lead generation, listing creation, analytics and regulatory compliance.
Three tools – Alto Prospecting, Alto Lead Flow and Alto Smart Listings – are available immediately, while Alto IQ and AutoCert are set to roll out shortly.

The launch reflects growing demand for automation across agency workflows, as firms look to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes and better manage compliance obligations in an increasingly regulated environment.
