Winkworth has appointed Jack Spellman as its franchise operations lead, working with more than 100 franchisees across the estate agency network.
Spellman (main picture, inset) will support franchisees with the operational challenges and pressures facing their businesses in different local markets.
He will divide his time between Winkworth’s head office and visiting franchisees across its network of city, coastal and countryside branches.
Spellman has spent his entire career in estate agency, beginning with a family-run firm before moving to London and progressing through the ranks at Galliard Homes subsidiary LiFE Residential.
OPEN CULTURE
Following a move to the Midlands, he spent three years as lettings director at John Shepherd, part of Lomond, before joining Winkworth.

Winkworth was founded as a family-run business more than 190 years ago and now operates a nationwide franchise network.
