Around 50 NHS trusts will be brought together with property investors, developers and local authorities as part of a new dedicated Healthcare Day at UKREiiF 2027.
The programme will focus on investment in healthcare estates and their role within regeneration and development projects across the UK.
NHS England and the NHS Alliance are also expected to participate alongside architects, masterplanners, government representatives and other property and infrastructure specialists.
The initiative will form part of the sixth UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum, which takes place in Leeds from 18 to 20 May 2027.
HEALTHCARE DEVELOPMENT
UKREiiF says healthcare infrastructure is playing an increasingly important role within wider regeneration and placemaking projects.
The programme will examine investment in hospitals, community diagnostic centres, primary care facilities, integrated care campuses and health facilities on the high street.
It will also cover key worker housing, public-private partnerships, sustainable healthcare estates and the integration of health facilities into wider regeneration and economic development plans.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
UKREiiF says the programme is intended to give NHS organisations and other public sector bodies greater access to potential development partners, funding and property expertise.
For developers and investors, it will provide an opportunity to engage with NHS estates decision-makers involved in the planning and delivery of healthcare infrastructure.
Other themes will include healthy placemaking and urban design, community-based healthcare facilities, net-zero healthcare estates and future models of care.
UKREiiF 2027 will run from 18 to 20 May in Leeds.
