Property technology firm Street Group has been recognised at the Northern Tech Awards 2026 after winning the Judges’ Entrepreneur Award and being named among the fastest-growing technology companies in the North.
The Manchester-based business, founded by Heather and Tom Staff in 2015, was also ranked as the fourth fastest-growing tech company in the North at the awards ceremony held in Manchester on 23 April.
Street Group develops software products for estate agents and property professionals, including its CRM platform Street.co.uk and lead generation and marketing platform Spectre.
The business has grown rapidly over recent years as agencies continue to invest in technology aimed at streamlining workflows, improving lead conversion and modernising the transaction process.
GROWING ROLE OF AI
The Northern Tech Awards ceremony brought together businesses from across the Northern and Scottish technology sectors and featured a keynote speech from ANS Group founder Scott Fletcher MBE focused on the growing role of artificial intelligence in business.
Alongside its success at the Northern Tech Awards, Street Group has also been named a regional finalist in the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 UK programme for the North region.
The EY programme recognises 110 entrepreneurs from across the UK, with finalists selected from the North, Midlands, Scotland, London and the South.
Regional finalists will now progress through the next stage of judging before a shortlist of 10 entrepreneurs is selected for the national final later this year.
Street Group says the recognition reflects the company’s continued growth and expanding presence within the UK property technology market.
