A holiday letting and marine business on the Dyfi Estuary in West Wales has been put up for sale with a guide price of £975,000.
Smugglers Cove, near Aberdyfi, combines two self-catering cottages, two converted glamping boats and four waterside camping pitches alongside an established boatyard, workshops and office accommodation.
The business, which is being marketed by Carter Jonas, has operated as a holiday letting destination since 2006 and generated EBITDA of £42,000 in 2025.
Holiday accommodation includes the restored Chapel House and Quarry Cottage, alongside The Boy John, a traditional fishing trawler converted to provide accommodation for between four and six guests.
