Savills targets international UK property buyers through Skybound deal

Savills has been appointed preferred property partner to Skybound Wealth as the firms target international and expatriate clients interested in UK residential property.

The agreement will give advisers across Skybound’s international offices access to Savills specialists when clients are considering property purchases or investments.
While the partnership will operate across international markets, the UK is expected to be a key focus because of continued interest from Skybound’s overseas client base.

Clients will be introduced to Savills for specialist property advice, market research and residential opportunities, with Skybound continuing to advise on their wider financial position and funding requirements.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

The arrangement will also cover clients considering property in the UAE, Europe and other international markets through Savills’ global network.

Skybound says the partnership strengthens its existing property, finance and wealth planning proposition by allowing advisers to bring specialist property expertise into broader financial planning discussions.

Mike Coady, Chief Executive Officer of Skybound Wealth Management Group, says: “Property is an important part of the financial lives of many of our clients, whether they are investing, purchasing a home or considering opportunities across different international markets.

“Having Savills as a preferred property partner gives our advisers access to specialist expertise when those conversations arise.”

UK MARKET

Coady adds: “The UK will naturally remain an important market for many of our clients, while the strength of Savills’ international network means we are also better positioned to support clients whose property requirements take them into other markets.

“This is ultimately about strengthening the range of expertise available to our advisers and ensuring our clients can access the right specialist support when property forms part of their wider financial plans.”
