Rightmove has reaffirmed its full-year guidance after reporting continued revenue growth, rising membership numbers and accelerating investment in AI-driven products across its platform.
The portal said it remains on track to deliver revenue growth of between 8% and 10% in 2026, with its Strategic Growth Areas – Commercial Property, Mortgages and Rental Services – expected to grow revenues by between 20% and 30%.
Rightmove said estate agency membership had increased since the end of 2025, while its valuation products continued to generate significantly higher lead volumes for agents.
The company also highlighted rapid growth in its AI initiatives, with 43 projects now underway compared to 31 at the end of last year.
AFFORDABILITY TOOLS
Among the latest developments are AI-powered conversational search tools, expanded ChatGPT integrations, enhanced valuation products and new mortgage affordability tools.
Rightmove said it delivered more than 2,500 technology releases during the first four months of the year, up more than 20% year-on-year, with April recording the highest monthly release total in the company’s history.
The portal also said its Online Agent Valuation tool has now reached more than 40% market penetration across available areas, while valuation leads delivered to agency partners have increased by more than 60% year-on-year.
Despite wider economic uncertainty and higher mortgage rates, Rightmove said housing market activity remained resilient, with available listings sitting at an 11-year high and resale market stock levels 1% ahead of the same period last year.
