Rightmove hosts Renters’ Rights webinar for agents

Rightmove is hosting a live Q&A webinar to help agents navigate the impact of the Renters’ Rights Act 2025.

The session, taking place today, has already attracted more than 1,000 agent sign-ups, reflecting strong demand for guidance as the new legislation comes into force.
The webinar will focus on the practical implications of the reforms, including tenancy changes, rent reviews and compliance requirements.

It forms part of Rightmove’s wider push to support agents through regulatory change, with additional tools, training and resources available via its platform.

FREE TRIAL

Attendees will also receive access to a free trial of Tenancy Manager, Rightmove’s lettings progression tool, which has been updated to align with the new rules.

The session is being delivered in collaboration with Training For Professionals and will include input from industry experts with hands-on lettings experience.

Agents joining the webinar will also gain early access to a series of practical guides covering key aspects of the legislation, including student lets, pets and ending a tenancy.

The initiative highlights the growing need for operational support as agents adapt to one of the most significant regulatory shifts in the private rented sector in recent years.
