Reapit launches voice-first AI copilot and agent marketplace

Reapit has unveiled a new AI suite designed to support estate agents on the move including a voice-first copilot, an AI agent marketplace and a no-code builder.

The platform, branded Reapit AI (RAI), aims to embed artificial intelligence directly into day-to-day agency workflows rather than keeping it confined to back-office systems.
The launch marks the next phase of Reapit’s AI strategy, with tools focused on improving productivity, compliance and client engagement across sales and lettings.

RAI combines three core elements: a mobile-first copilot, a marketplace of task-specific AI agents, and a builder that allows agencies to create their own tools.

TRUE ASSISTANT

Dawson Scott (main picture, inset left), Chief Technology Officer at Reapit, says: “Most AI in estate agency still lives inside software.

“RAI lives with the agent, wherever their day takes them. It shows up at the right moment, it listens, it prepares, it remembers, and it brings the right context. RAI Copilot is a true assistant that amplifies your work and helps you focus on what matters most, your clients.”

The RAI Copilot is designed to be voice- and mobile-first, allowing agents to prepare for viewings, access property and applicant data in real time, and capture follow-ups between appointments without manual input.

Alongside this, the RAI AppMarket provides access to pre-built AI agents designed to handle tasks such as sales progression, compliance checks and administrative processes. These agents operate within existing workflows and are trained on agency-specific data.

For agencies looking to develop their own tools, the RAI Builder enables users to create AI agents using plain English prompts, visual workflows or code, with outputs designed to integrate directly into Reapit’s platform.

“Innovation in estate agency shouldn’t sit behind closed doors.”

Mark Armstrong (main picture, inset right), Chief Executive Officer at Reapit, says: “Five years ago, we opened up PropTech with the first app market for this industry. We’re doing it again for AI.

“Innovation in estate agency shouldn’t sit behind closed doors, and with RAI – it doesn’t have to.”

Reapit says the platform is underpinned by more than 25 years of property data and includes audit and compliance controls, with all AI actions logged and reversible.

The company confirmed that additional AI features, including photo enhancements and a viewing assistant, will be available from May, with further functionality rolling out through the summer.
