Propertymark appoints new presidential team

Propertymark has unveiled its new presidential team following its Annual General Meeting, with a fresh group of industry leaders set to represent members as the property sector enters a period of significant change.

The appointments come as the Government outlines plans to modernise the homebuying process, introduce a new code of practice for estate agents and explore mandatory qualifications across the profession.
Taking office for the coming year are Kim Lidbury as President of ARLA Propertymark and Ian Harris as President of NAEA Propertymark. Ben Stokes and Stuart Matthews become President Elects for their respective divisions, while Michelle Masiglat-Cook and Craig Webster take up Vice President positions.

Michael Sears has also been re-elected as an NAEA Propertymark Board Director, while Stuart Collar-Brown continues as President of NAVA Propertymark.

KEY MEMBERSHIP ROLE

The new leadership team will play a key role in representing members and helping shape industry responses to regulatory and market developments affecting estate agents, letting agents and auctioneers.

The appointments follow a year as President Elect for both Lidbury and Harris, during which they worked alongside outgoing presidents and Propertymark’s senior leadership team.
