UK property and fintech platform OneDome has been ranked among the fastest-growing technology businesses across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to Deloitte’s latest Technology Fast 500 rankings.
The company placed 10th among fintech firms and 75th overall in the 2025 EMEA Technology Fast 500, which measures revenue growth over a four-year period. OneDome recorded growth of 1,787.76%, securing its place among the region’s leading technology scale-ups.
Founded in 2017, OneDome has built an integrated platform that combines mortgages, conveyancing, insurance, financial planning and transaction management into a single digital homebuying journey. The business says its objective is to simplify what remains one of the most fragmented and complex consumer transactions.
The recognition comes at a time when the property industry is facing increasing pressure to improve transaction efficiency, reduce duplication and make better use of technology throughout the home-moving process.

OneDome has positioned itself at the centre of that drive, bringing together multiple services traditionally delivered through separate providers and platforms.
