Michael McIntyre will headline eXp UK’s Christmas Party & Awards Night as the estate agency platform celebrates another year of expansion.
The comedian (main picture) will take centre stage at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London on 3 December, with agents and estate agency businesses from across the eXp network attending.
The annual event combines the group’s Christmas celebrations with an awards ceremony recognising the performance of agents and teams across its UK operation.
It follows eXp UK passing the 1,000-agent milestone earlier this year as it continues to grow both its individual agent network and team-based model.
BIG-NAME LINE-UP
McIntyre follows Jimmy Carr, who appeared at eXp UK’s 2025 Christmas Party & Awards Night at The Dorchester.
Previous headline performers have also included Katherine Ryan, Tom Allen and Rob Beckett.

The event comes during a period of continued expansion for eXp UK, including growth in the number of established estate agency businesses operating through its platform.
