Prime Central London estate agency Maskells has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Erik Holmgren as Director.
Holmgren (main picture) joins the 61-year-old agency from Beauchamp Estates, where he spent six years, initially serving as Head of Lettings before helping establish the firm’s Marbella office in 2024.
He brings extensive experience across the Mayfair and St James’s lettings markets, having also spent a decade at Chestertons specialising in Prime Central London.
Maskells says the appointment forms part of its ongoing expansion strategy as it looks to strengthen its presence across core Prime Central London markets and further enhance its Mayfair operations.

The firm, established in Kensington & Chelsea in 1965, specialises in residential sales, lettings and property management across London’s prime markets.
