Lomond has strengthened its presence in Liverpool with the acquisition of estate and letting agency City Residential.
The deal follows its earlier acquisition of Homesure, which marked Lomond’s entry into the Liverpool market.
Homesure will now manage the City Residential portfolio, giving the group greater coverage across Liverpool city centre and surrounding areas.
City Residential was founded by Alan Bevan in 2001 and specialises in the city-centre sales and lettings market.
LIVERPOOL EXPANSION
The acquisition forms part of Lomond’s wider strategy of expanding through established regional estate and letting agency businesses.
Bevan says: “Over the past 25 years, our growth has been driven by our dedication to our clients and our deep knowledge of Liverpool City Centre.
“We are delighted to be passing the business on to Lomond – a company that shares our values, with the same commitment to client care, attention to detail and pride in what they do.”
David Alexander, Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, says the City Residential operation complements Homesure’s presence outside the city centre.
He adds: “We’re delighted to welcome City Residential into our growing network. Their reputation and quality make them a perfect fit, with real synergy alongside Homesure’s strength outside the city centre.
“We are continuing our expansion across Liverpool and beyond and we’re always looking for market leading agents who are eager to grow, innovate and be part of our ambitious plans.”
