eXp Realty is bringing its international eXpcon event to London next year after its UK network grew beyond 1,000 agents.
The three-day event will take place at the London Hilton on Park Lane from 6 to 8 July 2027, bringing together eXp agents and senior executives from the UK and its wider international network.
It follows the group’s UK summer conference in Birmingham this year and continued expansion of the self-employed agency model across Britain.
eXp has also expanded its UK proposition during 2026 with the introduction of its Luxury and Teams offerings.
GLOBAL NETWORK
The London conference will draw agents from across Europe and eXp’s wider international operations, with the company also preparing to expand into Switzerland.
Confirmed speakers include Glenn Sanford, Founder and CEO of AGNT; Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty; Felix Bravo, Managing Director of eXp International; and Adam Day, Country Leader UK and Regional Director EMEIA at eXp International.
International eXp leaders from France, Dubai, Australia, South Africa and Latin America are also due to attend.
The programme will cover leadership, innovation, strategy and the continued development of eXp’s agent network.

Early-bird tickets for eXpcon London will start at £400, with VIP tickets from £575.
