Lismore Real Estate Advisors has promoted Chrissie Clancy-Crofts to senior surveyor within its Edinburgh team as the firm continues to invest in developing in-house talent.
Clancy-Crofts first engaged with the business in 2022 through a work experience programme before formally joining in November 2024. Since then, she has supported a number of transactions and built client relationships across the Scottish investment market.
The promotion will see her take on greater responsibility across deal activity and play a more prominent role in supporting the firm’s strategic growth plans.
The move comes as Lismore marks six years in operation, having advised on more than £2bn of Scottish investment transactions since launching in 2020.
