Middle East project consultancy Carter Hones Associates is expanding into the UK and Europe with the appointment of Jennifer Sale as Director.
Sale will be based in London and lead the firm’s European operation, giving Carter Hones Associates a permanent presence in the market for the first time.
Founded in Dubai in 2010, the consultancy employs more than 60 people and has delivered over 500 projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Its work spans residential, mixed-use, hospitality, leisure and masterplanning developments, providing design, cost and project management services.
EUROPEAN EXPANSION
The consultancy plans to use its London base to build relationships with European developers, architects and other partners while providing support for existing international clients operating in the region.
Sale is a registered architect and was previously Associate Director at Plan A Consultants, where she led its masterplanning sector and oversaw its Cape Town office.
Her experience includes design management for major international projects across masterplanning, cultural, aviation, hospitality and sports developments.
