Homesearch removes upfront fees with ‘Pay When You Win’ offer

Homesearch has launched a new performance-based pricing model for estate agents, removing upfront costs on its ReContact platform in a move designed to help agencies generate instructions while reducing technology risk.

The proptech firm has unveiled a new “Pay When You Win” offer, allowing estate agencies to use ReContact without paying anything until the system has helped them secure three valuation appointments from their existing CRM database.
Under the offer, agencies have up to three months to achieve the target and are not required to provide payment details upfront. If three valuations are not booked during that period, there is no charge and no ongoing commitment.

The launch comes as estate agents continue to face a more challenging market environment, with buyer demand remaining below last year’s levels and businesses increasingly scrutinising operational and technology costs.

TARGETED CONTACTS

ReContact analyses an agency’s CRM database to identify contacts who are showing signs of becoming active in the property market, helping negotiators focus their efforts on homeowners most likely to require an agent’s services.

Homesearch says the platform has already delivered strong results for existing users. Among them, Winkworth reportedly secured 37 new valuation appointments within 30 days, while independent agency Minors & Brady generated more than 100 instructions in 20 days and achieved a reported return on investment of more than 6,000%.

The company believes the new pricing structure reflects a wider shift in how technology providers should engage with agency customers.

“We’re confident enough in ReContact to flip that. You don’t pay us a penny until our system has surfaced contacts from your Reapit CRM and your team has booked three valuations from them.

“If three months pass without that happening, you walk away with no obligation. The risk sits with us, not with you.”

DIRECT INTEGRATION

The offer is available to all estate agencies and integrates directly with Reapit, while agencies using other CRM systems can access the platform via data export.

Ellwood added: “When agencies are watching every line of spend, the right thing for us to do is take the risk on whether our product delivers. We think the rest of the proptech industry will follow this direction over time. We’re going first.”

The Pay When You Win promotion runs until 31 July, after which ReContact will revert to its standard commercial pricing model.
