Harron Homes is opening a new showhome at its 90-home The Oaks development in Lower Somercotes, Derbyshire.
The housebuilder will open the five-bedroom Banbury showhome on 26 September as construction progresses at the scheme near Alfreton.
The Oaks comprises a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties, with homes currently available from £319,000.
Properties at the development include electric vehicle charging points and air source heat pumps.
LOCAL INVESTMENT
Harron Homes is contributing more than £670,000 through Section 106 agreements connected to the development.
Funding will support education, healthcare, youth recreation, outdoor sports facilities and improvements to public transport in the surrounding area.
The development is located close to the A38 and M1, with Alfreton railway station providing further transport connections.
