Fine & Country launches supplier platform

Fine & Country has launched a new Brand Partner Programme designed to give its network of agents streamlined access to approved suppliers, preferential commercial rates and business support services through a single online platform.

Available exclusively through the Fine & Country Members Hub, the new programme brings together a curated range of suppliers covering key operational areas including marketing, technology, office branding, CRM systems and home staging.
The company said the initiative has been developed to help agents operate more efficiently, reduce costs and improve overall business performance by simplifying the process of sourcing trusted suppliers.

The platform acts as a central directory where licensees and associates can browse, compare and connect with approved partners across a range of business categories.

PREFERENTIAL RATES

Fine & Country says it has negotiated preferential rates and discounts on behalf of its network in order to help members maximise value while protecting margins.

Suppliers featured within the programme include businesses specialising in home staging, foreign exchange services, office signage, video marketing, digital marketing and CRM software.

Each supplier is provided with a dedicated profile page containing information about their products and services, alongside video content, imagery and direct contact links designed to help agents assess providers quickly and efficiently.

The platform also includes transparent pricing and discount information, allowing users to clearly see the benefits available through the network.

Fine & Country says all suppliers have been carefully selected based on quality, reliability and relevance to estate agency businesses.

PEER-TO-PEER REVIEW SYSTEM

Currently, suppliers are rated using publicly available Google review scores, although the company confirmed plans are in place to introduce a peer-to-peer review system allowing members to share feedback and recommendations directly within the platform.

The business said the Brand Partner Programme forms part of its wider strategy to provide practical operational support for its network alongside marketing and brand services.

ADDED VALUE

Nicky Stevenson (main picture), Managing Director of Fine & Country, said: “The launch of our new Brand Partner Programme is an important step in delivering added value to our network.

“We understand the pressures our agents face in running efficient, profitable businesses, and this platform has been designed to simplify supplier selection while unlocking tangible cost savings.

“By bringing together trusted partners in one accessible hub, we are empowering our network to make smarter, faster decisions with confidence.”

Fine & Country added that the platform is intended to become an evolving resource for agents, helping members save time, improve operational performance and strengthen collaboration across the wider network.
