Fine & Country expands into South Bedfordshire

Premium estate agency brand Fine & Country has continued its UK expansion with the launch of Fine & Country South Bedfordshire, strengthening its presence across the Home Counties and wider premium property market.

The new office, led by licensee Christopher Naylor (main picture) alongside branch manager Sam Mills, will cover Leighton Buzzard, Redbourn, Edlesborough, Eaton Bray, Markyate, Toddington and surrounding villages, targeting demand for higher-end village, country and executive homes.
The expansion comes as the premium housing market continues to show resilience despite wider economic uncertainty.

According to the latest data from HM Land Registry, average property values across Bedfordshire remain above pre-pandemic levels, while demand for lifestyle-led moves into commuter belt locations continues to support activity across affluent rural markets.

STRONG DEMAND

South Bedfordshire has become increasingly attractive to buyers seeking larger homes with countryside access while retaining connectivity to London. Leighton Buzzard offers direct rail services into London Euston in around 30 minutes, while nearby villages continue to benefit from strong demand from London relocators and upsizers.

Fine & Country say the new office will focus on bespoke marketing, professional presentation and tailored client service across the region’s premium market.

Naylor says: “Launching Fine & Country South Bedfordshire is an exciting step for the region. The goal is simple: to offer clients a more personal, professional and enjoyable property experience from start to finish.

“South Bedfordshire has some fantastic homes, and there is a growing expectation from sellers for quality, bespoke marketing, and a more tailored service. Buyers are also increasingly lifestyle focused, making presentation and positioning more important than ever.”

PERSONALISED ADVICE

Naylor adds that changing buyer expectations were reshaping the premium sector, with sellers increasingly seeking stronger marketing and more personalised advice.

“What attracted me to Fine & Country was its focus on quality over volume. The marketing, presentation and attention to detail are exceptional, but equally important is the personal approach behind the brand,” he says.

Nicky Stevenson, Managing Director of Fine & Country, says: “We are delighted to welcome Christopher Naylor and Sam Mills to the Fine & Country network with the launch of Fine & Country South Bedfordshire.

“South Bedfordshire is a strong and growing market for premium homes, and we are confident the new office will bring tremendous value to buyers and sellers across the region.”

The launch forms part of Fine & Country’s ongoing network growth strategy as competition intensifies across the UK’s premium estate agency sector.
