Fine & Country has expanded into Northern Ireland through a new licence operated by three-office estate agency Fetherstons.
The move brings the premium property brand into the Northern Irish market, with Fetherstons Managing Director Mike Fetherston leading the new Fine & Country Northern Ireland operation.
Established in 2011, Fetherstons employs a team of 22 across three offices and operates across residential sales, new homes, lettings and property management.
The agency will combine its existing local operation with Fine & Country’s national and international marketing network to target the premium property market.
PREMIUM MARKET
Fetherstons says it is seeing interest in high-quality Northern Irish homes from buyers outside the local market, including people returning to Northern Ireland after living elsewhere and purchasers considering relocation.
Fetherston says: “Northern Ireland has some truly exceptional homes, and our clients deserve a marketing strategy that reflects the quality of those properties and reaches the widest possible audience.
“By combining our local expertise and relationships with Fine & Country’s national and international reach, we can showcase Northern Irish property to buyers who may not otherwise have considered the region.”
The immediate focus will be on introducing existing and prospective clients to the Fine & Country offering and building the brand’s presence in Northern Ireland’s premium market.
