eXp Realty is expanding its AI-native Nexus platform into its EMEIA and Asia-Pacific markets as it looks to bring agents’ core business tools into a single system.
Nexus is entering closed beta in the regions following an alpha programme in Latin America, with South Africa, New Zealand and Australia among the first markets to gain access.
Spain will follow, with a wider European rollout planned as the platform is adapted for GDPR and other local data requirements.
The system combines listing management, CRM, agent recruitment, transactions, e-signatures and AI-powered marketing tools, replacing a series of separate platforms and logins.
ONE PLATFORM
eXp says Nexus has been developed from a shared codebase that can be configured for individual markets, including local currencies, regulation, property portal integrations and different transaction structures.
Its underlying AI infrastructure connects information across agents’ CRM, listings, transactions and marketing activity.
Felix Bravo (main picture), Managing Director of eXp International, says: “It’s a combination of all the tools agents currently use, all in one place, a mix of tools we’ve built specifically for agents that are proprietary to eXp, and tools they are already using in their business that we now provide.
“Whether it’s transactions, listings, revenue share, or leads coming in from a portal, everything communicates in one place.”
Several components are already operating. Nexus TRX, its transaction management system, is being trialled in South Africa, while eXpSign is live across eXp’s international markets.
Property Files, which provides a public-facing repository for listing documents and feeds enquiries into the Nexus CRM, is also operating.
WIDER COMMERCIAL AMBITIONS
eXp estimates Nexus could reduce software costs within individual markets by between 60% and 70% by replacing separate CRM subscriptions and software licences.
The company ultimately intends to take the technology beyond its own agent network.
Following initial pilot and multi-country adoption phases, eXp plans to make Nexus available to non-eXp agents and brokerages through a tiered subscription model.
Bravo says: “This changes how eXp International is seen as we continue to scale into new countries.
“I believe we are becoming the AI-native brokerage — we’ve built the first AI-native platform that can operate across many countries at once.”
Nexus will be accessed through eXp’s existing agent Hub, providing agents with a single login for the platform.
