The ESTAS has appointed Amy Bibiris as Executive Director as it prepares to welcome more than 1,000 property professionals to its annual awards next week.
Bibiris (main picture, left), joins from Smart Compliance, where she was Commercial Director, and brings more than 20 years’ experience across estate agency and property technology.
She began her property career at Romans in 2004, going on to become the company’s first female Branch Manager.
Bibiris later spent four years running a community-based office for Davis Tate before moving into property technology in 2019.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
She has also been involved with Agents Together, initially as a mentee before becoming a mentor, and has served on the board of Women in Estate Agency, where she remains a Regional Champion.
Simon Brown (main picture, right), Founder of ESTAS, says: “Amy understands this industry from every side, because she’s worked in nearly all of it. She knows what great service takes, and she knows what it means to the people delivering it.
“She’s also been supporting ESTAS from the sidelines for years, so in many ways it feels like she’s already one of us.”
Bibiris says: “Property is changing quickly, and in a changing industry trust is what customers hold on to.
“I’ve watched teams light up when they realise their customers put them there, and I want to be part of making that happen for more of them.”
AWARDS RETURN
Her appointment comes ahead of the 23rd ESTAS Awards at Grosvenor House in London on Friday 16 October.
More than 1,000 estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers are expected at the sold-out event, which will again be hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer.
Reapit and PayProp return as headline partners for 2026, with the awards determined by verified customer feedback collected following property transactions.
