eXp UK has announced television presenter Davina McCall and sales and marketing expert Grant Leboff (main picture) as headline speakers for its 2026 UK Conference.
The two-day event will take place on 16 and 17 June at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham and is expected to attract estate agents, business owners and property professionals from across the UK.
The conference comes as eXp UK continues to expand its presence within the self-employed and platform estate agency sector, with this year’s event focusing on how agents can adapt to rapid changes across the property industry.

Davina McCall will speak about reinvention and staying relevant throughout a long-term career, drawing on her experience working across television and media over several decades.
