Cotality has appointed Carl Ross (main picture, inset) as Head of Business Development as it looks to expand its footprint across the property and mortgage sectors.
Based in London, Ross will lead the firm’s growth strategy across lenders, surveyors and the wider conveyancing market, with a focus on scaling its technology offering and supporting net zero and property data initiatives.
He joins with more than 15 years’ experience in the property sector, most recently serving as Lender Relationship Manager at Landmark Valuation Services.
The appointment comes as Cotality looks to strengthen its position as a provider of property risk software and data solutions to the UK mortgage market.
