conveybuddy donations top £8k as volumes rise

Growing conveyancing volumes are translating into higher charitable contributions with conveybuddy donating more than £8,000 to partner charities in the first quarter of 2026.

The firm confirmed total donations of £8,249 across three organisations, driven by increased broker usage of its platform and a model that links contributions directly to completed cases.
For estate agents and introducers, the figures highlight how rising transaction activity – despite wider market friction – continues to feed through into ancillary services such as conveyancing.

Under conveybuddy’s model, up to £5 is donated per completed case, with brokers able to select which charity their referrals support. The latest figures reflect both higher completion volumes and growing engagement from intermediary partners.

GREAT ACHIEVEMENT

The largest share of funding went to the Motor Neurone Disease Association, followed by Rainbows Hospice and Food Bank Aid.

Harpal Singh, Chief Executive Officer of conveybuddy, says: “Donating more than £8,000 to our charity partners in the first quarter of 2026 is a great achievement that we’re really proud of here at conveybuddy.

“These contributions are directly linked to the growing number of brokers choosing us for their conveyancing referrals, and it’s fantastic to see that growth translating into meaningful support for these important causes.

“Our model means brokers can make a real difference simply through their day-to-day business activity. As we continue to grow throughout 2026, we’re looking forward to increasing our contributions even further and continuing to support the incredible work these charities carry out.”
