Property technology firm Coadjute has been named one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology companies after securing 111th place in the 2026 Sifted 250.
The ranking identifies the 250 fastest-growing technology businesses in Europe based on percentage revenue growth over the previous three financial years.
It follows Coadjute being ranked 42nd in the Sifted 100 UK & Ireland earlier this year.
The company says its growth has been driven by increasing demand from estate agents for managed services covering compliance and transaction-related work.
AGENTS OUTSOURCE COMPLIANCE
Coadjute provides managed anti-money laundering compliance services for estate agents, combining technology with human oversight.
Its service covers areas including identity verification, customer due diligence, politically exposed persons and sanctions checks, Source of Funds and Source of Wealth, Enhanced Due Diligence, ongoing monitoring and compliance reporting.
The business has also been expanding its proposition to support agents across a wider range of compliance and transaction processes.
