A new residential development in East London is set to host a community-focused arts event aimed at showcasing local creatives and businesses.
ECF, a partnership between Homes England, Legal & General and Muse, will stage the “Art in the Park” event at its Cerulean Quarter scheme in Canning Town on 25 April.
The event will take place at Linear Park, adjacent to the development, and will feature live street art, music and family-friendly activities designed to bring together residents and the wider community.
Local food and drink operators, including Zzetta Soul Fired Pizza and Yapix Coffee and Wine House, will provide refreshments, while a DJ set and children’s art activities are also planned.
ART IN THE PARK

Stephanie Smith, Head of Residential at ECF, says: “We are really looking forward to welcoming the community to our Art in the Park event at Cerulean Quarter. It’s a chance to come together and celebrate all the things that make Canning Town such a special place to live.
“At Cerulean Quarter, and across all our projects, we strive to create homes and shared spaces that feel welcoming and genuinely support the local community.
“This event is a lovely opportunity to bring neighbours together, and we hope to see many local residents there, along with anyone who would like to experience the sense of community and everyday life at Cerulean Quarter.”
Cerulean Quarter is a development of 804 homes being delivered in phases, with the first release, Dockmaster House, comprising 178 apartments and four penthouses within a 32-storey building. The scheme forms part of a wider regeneration programme in the area, with further phases subject to planning and viability.
