Sales progression specialist ASAP has made three senior internal promotions as it strengthens its management structure to support continued growth.
Courtney Knowles (main picture, left) has moved from client services manager into a newly created second operations manager position.
Working alongside operations manager Ella Murgatroyd, she will help oversee the company’s daily operations and maintain consistent service delivery as its team expands.
Johnny Humphreys (main picture, right) has been promoted from senior client services adviser to client services manager, while Darcie Brown (main picture, middle) has progressed from senior sales progressor to sales progression manager.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Humphreys will take greater responsibility for supporting ASAP’s client services team and managing the company’s relationships with customers.
Brown will join the company’s two existing sales progression managers in leading the team responsible for helping property transactions reach completion.
Her role will include supporting sales progressors and maintaining proactive communication with buyers, sellers, estate agents and other professionals involved in transactions.
The promotions follow the appointment of Katy Billany as sales director earlier this year and form part of ASAP’s policy of creating opportunities for employees to progress into leadership roles.

Richard Megson, Managing Director at ASAP, says: “These promotions recognise three people who have already made a significant contribution to the business, and who are each ready to take on greater responsibility.
“Courtney, Johnny and Darcie understand our clients, our culture and the realities of keeping property transactions moving. Each of them has demonstrated the leadership qualities and commitment needed to support their colleagues and help us maintain the standards our customers expect.
“We are proud to create opportunities for people to build their careers within ASAP. At the same time, the new colleagues joining us across sales progression, technology and marketing bring additional capacity and specialist expertise to the business.”
TEAM EXPANSION
ASAP has recruited nine employees since the beginning of 2026, expanding its sales progression operation and adding capabilities in technology and marketing.
The appointments include Imraan Khan as technical business analyst and Amber Renshaw as senior marketing executive.
Five sales progressors and two sales progression assistants have also joined the company.
ASAP says the promotions and appointments would increase the support available to estate agents, mortgage brokers and other property professionals using its sales progression services.
