ASAP launches specialist remortgage service for brokers

Property sales progression specialist ASAP has expanded its broker proposition with the launch of a new specialist remortgage conveyancing solution aimed at improving communication and visibility during the legal process.

The new service brokers access to dedicated remortgage legal support through ASAP’s existing solicitor panel proposition.
The firm says the move comes in response to growing frustration among brokers around inconsistent service standards, poor communication and delays during the remortgage process.

Brokers using the service will be able to refer clients requiring remortgage legal support through ASAP’s broker network while continuing to access the firm’s wider relationship management and case support infrastructure.

REAL TIME TRACKING

The proposition also includes access to ASAP’s Hoowla portal, allowing brokers to track cases in real time, communicate directly with solicitors and monitor progress throughout the conveyancing journey.

The launch reflects continued pressure across the mortgage market to improve transaction efficiency and reduce friction within both purchase and remortgage cases as brokers look for greater certainty and transparency for clients.

STREAMLINED TRANSACTIONS

Lyndon Knox (main picture, inset), broker account manager at ASAP, says: “ASAP works with mortgage brokers across the UK, helping streamline property transactions and reduce fall-through rates. Through our solicitor network, we help brokers deliver a faster, more seamless customer experience – because we appreciate that speed and visibility are critical.

“This new remortgage service further strengthens our broker proposition by giving advisers access to a specialist remortgage solution within our network. Ultimately, it’s about creating a more joined-up experience for brokers and their clients.”

Richard Megson, managing director of ASAP, adds: “Remortgage work forms a significant part of a broker’s pipeline, so it is important that we can offer a service-led route that gives brokers and their clients greater confidence in the legal process.

“This launch is another step in strengthening our broker proposition, helping advisers place more of their work through one trusted route with the support, visibility and consistency they need.”
