Armalytix has launched a compliance platform designed to reduce duplication, improve verification processes and speed up property transactions across the home-moving chain.
The London-based intelligence firm has unveiled its new “Complete Compliance Bundles”, which combine digital ID, source of funds, anti-money laundering, fraud and affordability checks into a single process for home movers.
The launch comes as property professionals face increasing regulatory scrutiny and mounting pressure to reduce delays and transaction fall-throughs.
Armalytix says the new system is intended to tackle one of the sector’s longstanding frustrations – the repeated requests for the same financial and identity information by different parties throughout a transaction.
DIGITAL JOURNEY
Under the new model, home movers complete a single digital journey, with verified information then made available to relevant parties including estate agents, brokers, lenders and conveyancers.
The platform includes real-time compliance tracking, customisable workflows and upfront data collection designed to reduce repeated checks later in the transaction process.
The company said the move reflects a broader shift across the property industry towards more connected and coordinated financial verification.
Armalytix has already established a presence within the conveyancing sector and said the new launch extends its role across the wider property transaction chain.
COMPLETE COMPLIANCE
Alex Mangan (main picture, inset), Head of Sales at Armalytix, says: “Property professionals are under pressure to keep transactions moving, while home movers are often asked for the same information multiple times.
“That creates frustration on both sides. Complete Compliance is about simplifying that experience, giving firms a clearer, more structured way to verify transactions, and making the process easier for the people going through it.”
The company says it expects demand for integrated compliance solutions to increase further as firms seek to balance tightening regulatory requirements with operational efficiency and customer experience.
