Agents Together has appointed Danielle Nash as its first chief matchmaker as the organisation looks to expand its mentoring community for estate and letting agents.
Nash (main picture, inset) will oversee the day-to-day operation of the free mentoring programme, including pairing mentors with mentees and supporting both parties throughout their relationship.
She will also work to strengthen engagement across the Agents Together community and help shape its presence at industry events.
The appointment builds on Nash’s existing involvement with the organisation as a volunteer mentor.
TWO DECADES OF COMMUNITY BUILDING
Nash has more than 20 years’ experience creating and running mastermind groups for non-competing estate agents and property suppliers across the UK.
She has also run EA Masters, spoken at industry events and supported property professionals with career development, leadership and wellbeing.
In September, Nash will represent Agents Together at the WiEA Together walk, which is raising money for Breast Cancer Now.

Nash says: “I’m delighted to join Agents Together in a formal role. Having been an Agents Together mentor, I’ve seen first-hand what happens when experienced people and rising talent are paired up properly — it works.

MORE THAN 1,500 MENTORSHIPS
Founded in 2019, Agents Together has facilitated more than 1,500 mentorships and delivered over 31,000 hours of support through 400 volunteer mentors.
Its programme is open to professionals at every level of the estate and letting agency sector. Support ranges from longer-term mentoring relationships to focused 30-minute sessions addressing specific issues.
