Your Move Williams Rose has acquired Keynsham-based Assured Property Rentals, adding a portfolio of 250 landlords to its lettings operation.
The deal follows the retirement of Assured Property Rentals owner Peter Jarman and represents the seventh acquisition this year that LSL Estate Agency Franchising has helped its franchise partners source, assess and fund.
Two members of the Assured Property Rentals team will transfer to Your Move Williams Rose as part of the deal, helping maintain continuity for landlords following the change of ownership.
The acquisition provides further evidence of the appetite among agency groups and franchise businesses for established lettings portfolios and their recurring management income.

Jarman says the deal progressed from an initial approach by LSL Estate Agency Franchising through valuation, negotiations and due diligence within a matter of months.
He adds: “After checks of due diligence and our banking history the sale has taken place, our landlords are happy and so are we. Throughout the transaction the support from LSL Estate Agency Franchising has been excellent.”
