Reapit unveils ‘RAI’ – AI assistant to revolutionise estate agency operations

Reapit has announced the launch of Reapit AI (RAI), a deeply integrated AI assistant designed to transform how estate agencies manage sales, lettings and property operations.

Built natively within Reapit’s trusted CRM and property management platform, RAI goes beyond typical AI add-ons, offering automation, predictive insights, and communications tailored to each agency’s brand.
It’s pitched as a digital coworker that helps agents work smarter and faster – not just another clever tool.

“Estate agencies are under increasing pressure to do more with less,” says Mark Armstrong, CEO of Reapit.

“RAI is a force multiplier. It lives inside the Reapit platform, streamlining workflows, surfacing opportunities, and delivering outcomes in our customers’ own brand voice.”

BRAND-SAFE RECOMMENDATIONS

Unlike generic AI tools, RAI draws on one of the industry’s richest operational data sets – millions of transactions, records and workflows across the UK and ANZ – allowing it to deliver highly relevant, brand-safe recommendations from day one.

The first version, set to launch in early 2026, will include:
  • Predictive lead scoring and automated follow-ups
  • Maintenance workflow automation
  • A ‘Listing Concierge’ to manage vendor onboarding
  • AI-generated property descriptions in the agency’s tone
  • Real-time insights based on live CRM behaviour

Crucially, RAI operates within a customer’s private data environment – no shared models, no scraped content.

“We’re not training on client conversations or building one-size-fits-all solutions,” says CTO Dawson Scott. “RAI is secure, brand-aware, and gives agents full control over what gets implemented.”

Matt McGown, Chief Product Officer, adds: “Where others bolt on AI, we’re embedding it. RAI is built from the ground up to deliver tangible business value.”

RAI is currently being tested by a select group of UK agencies ahead of full release.
