Propertymark Trust has appointed five new ambassadors following what it described as an intensive recruitment process.
Jess Masterton, Michael Oomerjee, Natalie O’Sullivan, Rachel Ollington and Ben Stokes have all been selected to support the Trust’s work across the sector.
The appointments bring together a mix of industry experience, from agency leadership and consultancy to regional representation and professional body involvement.
Masterton has worked in the property sector since 2011, while Oomerjee brings more than 20 years’ experience and currently serves as Propertymark Regional Executive for West London.
STRONG TEAM
O’Sullivan is part of the senior management team at an independent Worcestershire agency, while Ollington has founded and sold her own sales and lettings business and now works as a consultant.
Stokes has been in the industry since 2004 and is an active Propertymark member, becoming ARLA Propertymark Vice President in 2025.
The new ambassadors will work alongside the Trust’s existing trustees, including Toby Martin, Mary Lou Press, Simon Leadbetter, Jasmyne Devereaux, Sian Hemming-Metcalfe, Richard Worral, Hayley Elson, Sarah Goddard and Katie Fitzgerald.
BIG CONTRIBUTION

Lauren Scott-Simpson, Chair of the Propertymark Trust, says: “We are delighted to welcome Jess, Michael, Natalie, Rachel and Ben as Ambassadors and are certain that they will all contribute significantly to building on the work we have already done and have planned for the months and years ahead.
“Having recently appointed five new Trustees, we now have an extremely strong team of Trustees and Ambassadors, ready, willing and able to move the Trust forward and build on the incredible work already achieved.”
