Propertymark’s new referral and lead generation platform has attracted more than 2,000 registered users within days of launch as agents look for new ways to generate instructions, referrals and additional income streams.
Propertymark Connect, which launched on 1 June, has already seen member agents upload properties across almost 1.7 million postcodes throughout the UK, creating what the organisation says is one of the largest referral networks available exclusively to qualified property professionals.
The platform has been developed to help Propertymark members send and receive referrals, valuation requests and instructions through a trusted network of agents across the UK and overseas.
It also provides access to valuation opportunities generated through Propertymark’s professional partners, helping connect agents with consumers actively looking to move.
BIG APPETITE
The early adoption figures suggest strong appetite among agents for technology that can help them win new business while strengthening relationships with fellow professionals.
Propertymark says the platform is particularly relevant as more consumers relocate for affordability, lifestyle and hybrid working reasons, increasing the need for trusted referral partnerships between agents operating in different regions.
The organisation believes Connect can help members retain clients who move outside their immediate patch while creating new revenue opportunities through referrals and introductions.
Agents using the platform can identify referral partners based on factors such as service standards, responsiveness and instruction volumes, helping to maintain consistency of service for consumers throughout the moving process.
According to Propertymark, the platform can help agents generate warmer leads, receive direct valuation opportunities, build referral partnerships, create additional income streams and expand their reach without compromising service quality.
A dedicated onboarding team is also supporting members as they join the platform and establish referral networks.
