Property marketing specialist Pink Plan has appointed Alastair Cochrane as Chief Operations Officer in a newly created role as the business looks to accelerate growth and expand its services to estate agents across the UK.
Cochrane joins the company with more than 15 years’ experience in the residential property sector, having held senior positions across London and the Home Counties.
Most recently, he worked for Stirling Ackroyd, part of the LRG Group, where he played a key role in driving commercial growth across the agency’s branch network.
The appointment comes as Pink Plan continues to broaden its package-led marketing proposition for estate agents, building on its core services of property photography, floorplans and EPCs.
HUMAN TOUCH
Alastair Cochrane (main picture, left) says: “In a challenging market, every instruction counts, and agents need suppliers who can help them present homes at their best while making the process feel straightforward. Pink Plan’s approach combines smart, efficient systems with a very human approach.
“The technology makes the process easier, but it does not replace conversation; we still speak directly to every agent and seller we work with. Our focus is on giving more agents, from independent brokers through to national corporate agencies, access to a property marketing partner that can work quickly and to a high standard.”
Pink Plan has grown by combining in-house photography teams with proprietary technology, including a self-built agent portal designed to simplify bookings and product selection while maintaining a personalised service.
QUALITY AND SERVICE
Jordan Saward (main picture, right), Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Pink Plan, says: “Bringing Alastair into this role is an important step for Pink Plan as we build a stronger national presence.
“We have always believed that agents need a marketing partner that understands the pace of agency life but also recognises how important quality and service are to their reputation.
“Alastair brings the leadership and experience to help us keep growing in the right way, while staying close to the principles the business was built on.”
The appointment comes during a period of expansion for the business, which has recently launched a new website and is undergoing a wider rebrand as it seeks to strengthen its position within the property marketing sector.
