New AI platform makes valuation prospecting calls for agents

A new AI-powered prospecting platform has launched for UK estate agents, using voice technology to call through agency databases and identify homeowners who may be preparing to sell.

Estate Agents.ai says its system uses advanced conversational AI to contact dormant leads, historic enquiries and past clients, holding natural conversations designed to identify potential sellers likely to move within the next six months.
The platform then passes qualified leads directly to branch teams for follow-up and valuation appointments.

The launch comes as competition for instructions intensifies across the sales market, with many agencies looking for ways to generate more valuations from existing databases rather than relying solely on fresh lead generation.

GENUINE CALL

According to Estate Agents.ai, the technology has been specifically trained around estate agency conversations and is designed to sound like a genuine call from a negotiator or valuer, rather than a traditional automated recording.

The company claims most homeowners do not realise they are speaking to AI.

Tom Lodge of Estate Agents.ai says: “Most estate agencies are sitting on a goldmine of data but simply don’t have the time or resources to work through it effectively.

“Our AI doesn’t just dial numbers – it has meaningful conversations, understands intent, and identifies genuine sellers. It’s like giving every agent a dedicated team focused purely on uncovering new instructions.”

PROPECTING ACTIVITY

The system is designed to handle common objections, respond conversationally and adapt its questioning based on responses from homeowners.

Estate Agents.ai says the technology allows agencies to scale outbound prospecting activity without increasing staffing costs, turning large databases of historic contacts into smaller pools of active valuation opportunities.

Lodge adds: “We are here to turn 1,000 cold leads into 30 hot leads of people who are looking to sell in the next six months.

“We aren’t here to take people’s jobs, we are here to save them the time in calling the 970 phone calls, so that they can just concentrate on the leads that matter.”

The company says early adopters have already reported increases in valuation bookings and instructions generated from previously inactive contacts.

The launch reflects the growing influence of AI across estate agency operations, with firms increasingly adopting technology for prospecting, lead qualification, customer communication and sales progression.
