Lomond named among UK’s best property workplaces for third year

Lomond has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Construction, Engineering and Property for the third consecutive year as the estate and lettings agency group continues its acquisition-led expansion.

The recognition from Great Place To Work UK comes after Lomond’s workforce grew to more than 3,000 people across an agency network now spanning 10 regions.
Its latest expansion came through the acquisition of Bristol-based estate and lettings agency Ocean, while the group has also moved into the Thames Valley and Liverpool this year through its acquisitions of Prospect and Homesure.

The award is Lomond’s third workplace recognition during 2026, with the business also featuring in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in the Very Big Organisation category and Great Place To Work UK’s Best Workplaces for Development.

GROWING NETWORK

Lomond has expanded substantially over the past five years, with mergers and acquisitions remaining central to its growth strategy.

The group says maintaining a collaborative culture while allowing individual agency brands to retain their local identities and expertise remains a priority as the network grows.

Paul Geddes (main picture), Group Chief Executive Officer of Lomond, says: “At Lomond, we believe that our success is built on the service we deliver to our clients, and this comes from the dedication, expertise and ambition of our people who serve them.

“As we continue to grow, we remain committed to creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered to develop fulfilling careers.

“The property sector is evolving rapidly, and attracting, developing and retaining great people has never been more important. We’re proud to invest heavily in learning, leadership development, and wellbeing initiatives because we know that when our people thrive, our business and wider network of clients succeed too.”
