Lawlors has joined R Whitley & Co in Association with Chase Buchanan, bringing together two long-established estate agency brands in West Drayton following a series of acquisitions by Campions Group.
The move follows Chase Buchanan’s acquisition of Lawlors earlier this year and builds on Campions Group’s purchase of R Whitley & Co in late 2025, further strengthening its presence across West London.
The integration brings the Lawlors team into R Whitley & Co’s recently refurbished West Drayton office, where investment has been made in new IT infrastructure, expanded office space and upgraded customer facilities.
The combined business will continue to offer residential sales, lettings and property management services, with Chase Buchanan saying the merger brings together established local expertise with the operational support of a larger agency network.
EXPANSION STRATEGY

Michael Peacock, Head of Chase Buchanan, says: “Lawlors has built an excellent reputation over many years, and we are delighted to welcome the team to R Whitley & Co in Association with Chase Buchanan.
“This is about more than bringing teams together. It combines trusted local expertise, longstanding client relationships and the additional resources of a larger business, allowing us to provide an even stronger service to customers across West London.”
EXPANSION STRATEGY
The latest integration forms part of Campions Group’s continued expansion strategy.
Since its formation in 2023, the group has assembled a growing network of estate agency businesses, including Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, Retirement Homesearch and Campions Lettings & Management, alongside more recent acquisitions such as Aston Chase, Battersea & Nine Elms Estate Agents, Drewery and CKB Estates.
The deal reflects continued consolidation across the estate agency sector, as larger regional groups seek to expand through acquisitions while retaining the local brands and market knowledge that underpin long-standing customer relationships.
