Prime London property consultancy Jefferies London has acquired independent estate agency Grange London, strengthening its lettings proposition.
The deal will add a managed portfolio of more than 100 properties to the brand.
The acquisition by Jefferies London will enable its partner agents to offer clients a fully managed lettings service, whilst combining Grange London’s established portfolio and local expertise with its own brokerage model, proprietary technology and continued investment in operational innovation.
Existing landlords, tenants and vendors will continue to receive the same day-to-day service from the Grange London team, with Mez Callender and Christina Lipper remaining in their leadership roles to drive the next stage of the business’s growth.
MILESTONE DEAL
The acquisition marks the latest milestone in a period of sustained expansion for Jefferies London.
The firm has increased headcount by 30% so far this year and intends to almost double its existing partner agent network by the end of 2026, whilst continuing to invest in technology designed to enhance the performance of its agents rather than replace them.
Central to that investment has been the continued evolution of its proprietary AI assistant, J.E.S.S.E., which has helped improve operational efficiency and strengthen the support available to partner agents as the business continues to grow.
The addition of Grange London strengthens the support available to Jefferies London’s growing partner network, enabling agents to offer clients a complete sales and fully managed lettings solution backed by dedicated property management expertise.
