Fleet Street Quarter Climate Festival returns

Fleet Street Quarter will host the third edition of its Climate Festival later this month, bringing together business leaders, policymakers, investors and sustainability experts for a four-day programme focused on practical climate action.

Taking place from 22 to 25 June as part of London Climate Action Week 2026, the festival will explore how collaboration across sectors can accelerate sustainable urban transformation and deliver tangible environmental and commercial outcomes.
This year’s theme, Climate Connectors, marks a shift away from traditional conference formats towards more immersive and participatory experiences.

Organisers say the aim is to demonstrate how local districts can act as catalysts for climate progress while creating a model that can be replicated elsewhere.

CLIMATE ACTION

Events will be hosted across Fleet Street Quarter’s mix of contemporary and historic venues, including St Andrew by the Wardrobe, the City of London’s first carbon-neutral church.

The programme features partnerships with organisations including Deloitte, Sage, Barings, Workspace and Heart of the City.

Highlights include The Business Case for Sustainability, hosted by Deloitte, where senior figures from business, finance and policy will discuss how sustainability is reshaping competitiveness and investment decisions.

Temple Church will host Our Heritage Futures, examining how historic districts can balance preservation with sustainable development.

A major addition this year is the Zero Waste Hub, delivered in partnership with London Climate Action Week as part of the Road to Antalya initiative ahead of COP31. Hosted at the Urban Farmer Project, the hub will focus on circular economy innovation, sustainable food systems, AI and waste reduction through workshops, exhibitions and immersive experiences.

The festival will conclude with the creation of the Fleet Street Quarter Climate Connectors Commitment Charter, designed to capture practical pledges and collaborative actions that will guide future sustainability initiatives across the district.
