eXp UK is on course to list 30,000 properties this year after a strong start to 2026, according to new industry data.
Figures from TwentyEA show the agency listed 7,494 homes in the first quarter alone, making it the UK’s top-performing brand for new instructions between January and March.
The performance builds on sustained growth over recent years, with eXp UK increasing its annual listings volume by an average of 51% per year between 2021 and 2025.
In 2025, the firm recorded 23,061 listings, and its current trajectory suggests it will comfortably surpass that figure in 2026 despite ongoing market uncertainty.
SALES PROGRESSION
The data also highlights strong progress in sales, with 3,696 exchanges completed in Q1, ahead of the company’s 2025 quarterly average.
eXp UK is also outperforming wider market averages on speed, with an average of 171 days from instruction to completion so far this year. This compares to 194 days for traditional agents and 189 days for online competitors.
The figures point to continued momentum for self-employed agency models, particularly as agents look for greater flexibility and efficiency in a slower market.
EFFICIENCY AND SCALE
Adam Day (main picture, inset), Head of eXp UK, says: “Our ambition this year is to help 30,000 homeowners start their moving journey, and the fact that we are already on track to achieve that goal highlights the strength of our model.
“When you compare our selling times to both traditional and online agents, it is clear that our model delivers real efficiency as well as scale.”
He added that demand from agents for flexible, tech-enabled platforms is expected to drive further growth over the remainder of the year.
