The ESTAS Best in Postcode Awards will be announced later today with estate agents, letting agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers across the UK set to learn who has topped their local area.
The results, sponsored by Reapit, will be revealed via a live broadcast at 4pm, with winners determined entirely by verified client reviews collected over the past 12 months.
Unlike many industry awards, there is no judging panel or nomination process, with rankings based solely on customer feedback.
Each postcode will see a single winner awarded the “Best in Postcode” title, reflecting consistent service performance during real transactions.
BENCHMARK FOR SERVICE
The announcement is expected to highlight both established firms and smaller independents, with previous results showing strong performances from businesses outside major corporate networks.
All winners will automatically progress to the next stage of the awards, where county, regional and national titles will be decided later this year.
The awards are widely used by firms as a benchmark for service quality, particularly in competitive local markets where reputation plays a key role in winning instructions.
