Draper London plots five-office expansion with 20 hires

Draper London has unveiled plans to open up to five new offices across the capital and recruit up to 20 staff as the newly launched agency looks to scale rapidly.

The firm, founded in September 2025 by Craig Draper and backed by Non-Executive Chairman David Pollock, is targeting expansion across Central, North-West and West London over the next three to five years.
An office in Hampstead is understood to be a priority for the second site, as the agency builds on early momentum from its W9 headquarters in Maida Vale.

The business has already completed close to £30m in sales since launch and secured multiple landlord portfolio instructions, including a portfolio of more than 20 lettings properties.

Draper London says it is now looking to hire up to 20 staff over the next 12 to 18 months, with recruitment spanning all levels as it builds out new departments and prepares for further office openings.

The agency operates across sales, lettings, property management and new homes, with a private clients division focused on high-value and off-market transactions.

Craig Draper (main picture, inset right), Founder and Managing Director of Draper London, says: “Draper London is focused on combining the trust, professional dress code, discipline and strong work ethic of traditional estate agency with intelligent technology and strategic digital marketing.

“Currently in London a new, much younger demographic of households are choosing to live, work and invest in the city and we have aligned our services and offering to meet their real estate needs.”

FULL-SERVICE AGENCY

David Pollock, Non-Executive Chairman of Draper London, says: “I am delighted to be playing a role in the growth of Draper London and creating an agency of substance and scale in the London marketplace.

“We have a clear strategy to expand across the capital, but from the outset this is being done carefully and without compromising standards.

“Craig Draper and I share a vision and strong belief that whilst estate agency is a people business at its core, the use of advanced technology, data and digital marketing is essential for achieving strong exposure, informed and streamlined decision making and consistently improved outcomes for clients.”

The expansion plans come as competition intensifies across the London agency market, with firms investing in both physical presence and digital capability to capture demand across a shifting buyer demographic.
